When I began chakra meditation I needed to make sure I was doing this “correct”.

I remember I used to meditate for 10 minutes straight allowing my timer to wake me out of my headspace. Then I would set the timer again for another 10 minutes. I would tell myself “this wasn’t working”. Because I felt like I needed to be more “Super” or some weird thing like this.

Even the biggest, best guru would tell you this is not what it’s about. This is a lifestyle more than anything else. So it is never about “if this works” or doesn’t.

Meditation is the epitome of everything and nothing at the same time. There is no wrong or correct way to go about meditation. Yes, you can get an abundance of great benefits from chakra meditation, but you truly have to just let everything be just as is. And just trust in the process that you will heal and grow into your best version.

Hey, should I get started today or next week?”

I think you already know the answer to this one hahaha.


This is a marathon, not a sprint?

It takes you being persistent with your practice to balance your chakras through meditation

Because this is energy forsake. You may not be able to exactly tell when you are at 100%, leaving us with the most logical answer.

Be persistent and take this day by day, and you will notice that you will be more energized from one day to the next.

This answer also ranges from person to person. It may take you a day, It may take a month to notice you are more grounded and have an abundance of energy, or can focus more, etc.  Also… How much stress is your “chakra” under?. And what methods you are using to aid in your balance?

I love chakra meditation with stones particularly and feel like everyone should give it a shot. Here are some methods to consider using to optimize your health, and maybe just aid in a faster balance.

Stones for chakra meditation.

If you are willing to go the extra mile and use crystals and essential oils as well as eating better foods. You will feel amazing and will have success a lot faster than just meditating here or there.

You can incorporate Stones such as:

I do not consume these, should you?

Although there are some who say you can consume essential oils, I personally do not encourage this.

Although you may have come across diffusers for a handsfree healing method. Essential oils like sandalwood and Rosemary are used more commonly that you know for healing ulcers, headaches, physical wounds and can be applied directly to chakra points for re-alignment.

This means:

-Opening your chakra to receiving and putting out energy, which is the goal to balance your chakras through meditation

Here is a list of my favorites:

Rosewood for the root chakra. It is extracted from rosewood tree and can heal to wounds of applied directly. You can also look forward to an antiseptic and antidepressant giving you helping you turn that frown upside down.

Sandalwood which can be applied for memory rejuvenation giving you an extra boost. This may also be used as an anti-inflammatory, help skin diseases like eczema and act as an antiseptic.

Frankincense has the power to help relieve chronic stress and anxiety, reducing pain and inflammation, and boost immunity.

The legendary mantra “hhhuuuummmmm” is what everyone knows without truly knowing! What are mantras and what are they for? Mantras are hums repeated for added vibration and frequency to align your energy points. What do they mean?
